Description

Turbinol 32, 46 and 68 are premium industrial turbine oils that effectively satisfy the demanding lubrication needs of the latest steam, gas, and hydro turbines. These oils are made from top, grade base oils and incorporate a well, thought, out additive system that ensures outstanding performance in resisting oxidation and thermal breakdown; thus, they contribute to maintaining oil cleanliness level and greatly reducing the formation of varnish or sludge.

Besides, water separation tests reveal that the Turbinol series has the capability to efficiently separate water, thus promoting fast demulsification and giving systems excellent protection even when exposed to moisture or condensate. In addition to the above, their exceptional rust and corrosion inhibiting features greatly contribute to the safeguarding of the turbine’s crucial components, bearings, and control systems, thus resulting in long, term reliability and less frequent maintenance. Moreover, these oils are found to have excellent air release and foam control properties, which together result in turbine performance that is both smooth and stable even when operating at high speeds.

Turbinol 32, 46 & 68 are the trusted lubricant solution to industrial turbines, power generation plants, turbo, generators, and other related equipment that depend on turbine lubrication of the highest quality. The range is available in ISO VG 32, 46, and 68 and thus provides the flexibility to make a precise choice of viscosity based on factors such as load, temperature, and turbine design that result in maximum efficiency and longer equipment life.

Application areas:

Recommended for lubrication of steam, gas & hydraulic turbines & can be used in hydraulic systems requiring very long life lubricant of outstanding properties.

Performance benefits:

  • Excellent oxidation and chemical stability
  • Properly balanced combination of oxidation & rust inhibitors and antifoam agents
  • Excellent demulsibility and quick release of entrained air gives prolonged service life
