HP Enklo HLP represents a high, performance series of special purpose anti, wear hydraulic and circulating oils which have been purposefully designed to cater to the lubrication needs of sophisticated industrial machinery.
HP Enklo HLP is a high, performance series of special purpose anti, wear hydraulic and circulating oils which have been purposely designed to meet the lubrication needs of advanced industrial machinery. Made from very pure base stocks and a carefully selected additive package, these oils offer superior anti, wear protection, very good oxidation stability, and excellent system cleanliness.
HP Enklo HLP oils conform to most of the international standards such as IS:11656, 1986, DIN 51524 Part 2, Denison HF, 0 & HF, 2, Cincinnati Milacron P, 68 / P, 69 / P, 70 and also pass the Vickers Vane Pump Test with flying colors. With their boosted FZG load, carrying capacity, these products can easily guard gears, pumps, and bearings running under heavy, duty loads.
The oils provide very good thermal degradation resistance and also good hydrolytic stability, which means they can be used in systems that are prone to exposure to moisture. Better filterability helps in the smooth running of fine filtration systems, thus minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
HP Enklo HLP are broadly employed in hydraulic systems, enclosed gearboxes, circulating oil systems, chain drives, compressors, vacuum pumps, mining machinery, and machine tools. They are also highly suitable for electro, hydraulic and numerically controlled (NC/CNC) systems where hydraulic performance needs to be precise and consistent over long service periods.
HP Enklo HLP is offered in ISO VG 22, 32, 46, 68, and 100 grades, thus providing viscous versatility to adapt to various working conditions.
