Description
HP Enklo 32, 46, and 68 are the top, tier industrial hydraulic oils specially created to meet the high, performance needs of modern hydraulic systems under moderate to high load conditions. The oils are made with highly purified base stocks and top, notch anti, wear additives that result in the delivery of the consistent performance, longer oil life, and superior equipment protection.
The HP Enklo series is highly resistant to oxidation and thermal breakdown, thereby significantly reducing the amount of sludge brought about by the degradation of the oil and thus helping to keep the systems clean for longer periods of time. They have the best anti, wear properties that help to protect the various parts of the hydraulic system like pumps, valves, and precision components thus leading to less maintenance and shorter downtime. Apart from that, the oils have excellent demulsibility features, which means that the presence of water can easily be detected and hence their efficient operation can be ensured.
HP Enklo 32, 46 & 68 have the feature of foam control and air release properties that are very good, thus ensuring efficient power transmission and smooth hydraulic response. These oils are ideal for the use of industrial hydraulics systems, machine tools, presses, construction equipment, and material handling machinery. The range available includes ISO VG 32, 46, and 68, which means you can pick the right viscosity for various operating conditions and temperatures.
Application areas:
ENKLO grades are suitable for use in circulating system, hydraulic system, enclosed gear boxes, chain drives, compressors, vacuum pumps, mining machinery, machine tools, etc.
Performance benefits:
- High viscosity index – oil can be used under wide operating temperature range
- Superior demulsibility – helps to settle entrained water quickly
- Good antirust property – protects lubricating parts from rusting in the presence of moisture
- Good antiwear property – prevents wear between moving parts under heavy load
Special Features
ENKLO grades designed for use in circulating systems are made from high viscosity index, chemically stable base stocks which are further fortified with antioxidants, anticorrosion, antiwear and antifoam additives. They meet the requirements of very high pressure systems and also of systems where high pump speeds are encountered.
ENKLO grades possess the following characteristics:
- Right viscosity to satisfy the demands of the hydraulic pump and the designed system
- High viscosity index to restrict viscosity changes under operating conditions
- Good film strength and antiwear properties to minimise wear of pumps, valves, cylinders, pistons etc
- Maximum demulsibility to allow entrained water to settle down
- Excellent corrosion resistance to prevent rusting and corrosion of metal parts
- Resistance to foaming to ensure prompt and efficient functioning
- High chemical stability to ensure long and trouble free service life
